Hi, Has anyone experience BGA caps/plugs popped off after assembly on a double sided board? Only the caps on the primary side popped off and exposing copper. thanks! Michelle

Are you 100% positive that the parts are on before wave? I have found that asking an operator "were they there before?" does not always provide for an accurate answer. how is your handling before and after the wave process? Russ

Yes it is Di water and is tested after washing. The customers boards pass inspection testing before the wash but the customer likes to see them CLEAN.

Hello. We have a low profile LCC on a board. The clearance is ~ 2mils after reflow. Cleaning away residual flux with an ultrasonic 50C water cleaner caused some LCC and 0201 components to loosen. Should we stay away from the ultrasonic cleaner?
