Thanks John. Actually I just got off the Dwyer site (took me a couple hours of searching to remember the name) and they have a couple that might do the trick. Of course they're in the Grainger catalogue that I'd already gone through and given up on.

I seems to be S0T-23 device, and the marking is most likley a lot number plus DC. With out the manufactures name it will be difficult find out what the part is.
