Mydata TP11 E-stop not released

TP11 is always showing the error that E-stop is not released. This happens when we start up the machine. It is basically hit and miss, sometimes will work but most of the time this error will pop up. Any suggestions on how to correct this. Is ther

Thanks for the response, Rob. I tried the MOT cards and the problem did not move. I swapped the MOTY with the MOTX, but the MOTX had a small board attached to it that I moved to the MOTY that I tried. Do you know if there is a way to test that small

We are seeing intermittent X-transducer errors. I notice that the X-wagon has more resistance over the Y-wagon area when I manually push it back and fourth. I am thinking the belt might need replaced. Has anyone else seen this before.

Interesting. What changes in 1 hour? Is there any connection between the error and feeder/magazine change, load reload? Is there any other factor observed in the hour of work that is abnormal?
