While perhaps not your problem, I found an unsoldered connection on my E1. It had worked for 20 years until I bought it. If you have a manual, try tracing the related connections if you have a resident troubleshooter.

We replaced at least 4 Hydra heads, 3 midas heads, vacuum pumps, line scan cameras under warranty back in the day. I have worked with Juki 2060 and 3010 series. Whomever is telling you they are bad machines doesn't know.

Well, this is a very odd bug - it turned out one of capacitors, defined as a no-lead, had pin definition changed to gull-wing! Interestingly, if that part was located on Head1, it won't cause machine hang-up...

Does anyone know if there was a common password used for the Simplimatic unloader? Its a 4 digit pin number, and unfortunately we bought the machine used and can not locate it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
