Hi I'm trying to pick and place a lot of sod523 components with a mydata my12. I'm using C14 standard tool and Hydra tool H01. For some reason no matter what I try to do when the head picks the component with the C14 tool the machine emergency stops

make sure noting stock in the X ,and motor brake work usually machine supply 24V to motor brake wire for release brake then move until hit the end stopper for init motor if brake keep on that will the error message i got it often on the Z cause

3 different A12 tools and the same error could be a problem with the tool holder or a parameter. I suppose the locking tabs in the holder could be worn or bent and you could try removing one of the pins from the tool and setting it in a different loc

The 245 error is with your x belt motor not the x wagon motor. double check all the fuses on the back of the machine where your power comes in there should be 3 of them. if you haven't changed your blue cables in a while I would change those out. you
