Whats the best way to joint a broken conveyor drive belt? Ive tried a rubber glue which lasts for a short time and tried touching both sides to an iron tip and then holding together, again with poor results.

Dave, That it exactly what I was looking for and the resistance/leakage voltage tolerances line up with what I've already found scattered about the internet. Thanks! -Phil

How do people generally solder these devices satisfactorily? By hand or machine ? Looks like soldering with an iron could be difficult due to spacing between the pins.

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the Metcal CV-5210 soldering iron and if so how has your experience been with this product and the accompanying software? http://www.okinternational.com/CV-5210-Connection-Validation-Soldering-Statio

Hi Matt, We've used the MX-5210 version, and they are good irons. Regarding the cross-breeding with a Christmas tree, we're not sold. Rob.

Those capacitors look totally fluxed. I can't tell if the last photo is showing a concavity or a blob of stuff. I think it is a blob of flux and contaminants. Does it burn off with a soldering iron?

It happened just after it came out of the reflow oven. And i guess the thing on the last photo is not blob of staff but the remaining part of termination of the cap. because when i try to iron soldering on it, i just cant. solders not sticking. on it
