Hi Davef, After reflow, the pcb board turns yellowish color. However, the board still pass thru' functional test.

Put a known thickness gage next to your boards to be coated. Then coat it in the same pass as your boards. Measure the "new" thickness of your gage and subtract the difference. That will be your coating thickness. This is assuming your coating your o

It sounds like the camera needs calibrated and its not something that can be explained that easily. It will not pass if its not calibrated correctly. We use the fixed camera for many different types of fine pitch and dont 'usually' have many problems

Ahhhh. If it only screwed up "consistantly" it would be alot easier!! yeah, bad board or overheat in the card rack (filters), kinked wire? good luck, my guess is it'll get more consistant as days pass
