I don't know about here, but in YV100 the drive is on ATA PCMCIA flashdisk. Maybe it is underpressed / damaged? Or after replacing the battery on mainboard, you need to enter its parameters in the BIOS.

If you add a FIFO buffer after reflow and before AOI you can avoid boards piling up in reflow and give yourself some wiggle room on cycle time mismatches between pick and place and AOI.

Sorry, no chance to check the IPS on AHC without the necessary Jigs and the knowledge. 7F12 is typical errorcode for a poorly connected Ribbon cable on the LED Board. If this error still occurs after reconnected the LED Board is may broken. If needed

Slanting Issues after reflow if u are using thru-hole type, u might need to define the slanting degree allowed during prototype. =)
