Does anyone know anyone in the U.S that buys used Jedec trays and Tubes? I would like to recycle these instead of throwing them away. Thanks for any input.

We throw the break-off tabs in the scrap board bin. If your tabs have metal content, metals recycling firms will probably take them. Most tabs have no metal content.

I am looking for a company that recycles the scrap created when boards are depanelized. Specifically for CEM3 Material.

Companies accept boards for recycling based on their expectation of making money by recovering the metal from the boards. Do your side rails contain metal?

It'll be interesting to see if they take them. Look here for board recycling houses: http://www.smtnet.com/Forums/Index.cfm?CFApp=1&Message_ID=55677

I know of one. ECS Refining www.ecsrefining.com I've used them to recycle solder dross, but I'm pretty sure they'll help you recyle your e-scrap too.
