you should be able to work out the resistance of the heater element from the power rating (watts), and the Voltage its working at. then measure the resistance of the element and see if your anywhere near.

I totally agree, if there is a bottleneck in the process anywhere then i think it's got to be hand fit, so that shoudl be driving the demand for the rest of the process. I need to time/measure things to prove it though. Great Monday discovery! :)

I don't recall seeing a battery anywhere on the boards on the magazines. I'd give MyData a call, and ask them about it. They're pretty good on the phone. Might be the battery used for electrical verification . Good luck!

The review time varies depending on the product. But it could take anywhere from 10s to over a minute depending. That doesn't leave much time left on this new line. What AOI are you using now and with what equipment?
