I would to ask on what do you call on the color green contamination found on the soldered units. Whe i soldered some units after few days there was a color green on the wires. what do you call on this contamination?

Great advice, all. Thanks much. I called on the Tribol 930 and there is now a blend called Tribol 1421 that is good for higher temps. Speedline recommends in place of 930 if you wish to do so. Might be something to consider for lead free stuff.

AOI False calls

I am being told that boards that are "just out of the reflow oven" show more false calls than a board that has cooled down. Can anyone give me some insight on this ? Thanks, Sr.
