Sorry Keith but is not possible to place 0201 parts on the CP43 machine. THe XY table is not tight enough on the resolution or the Z height. The parts camera will not be able to tell the part from the nozzle. THe CP6-4000 machine can not do 0201 part

Hello all, I am looking to troubleshoot and old CRT from a CP43 and looking for a schematic. PN# CG-9702-FS. This I am sure is old and might not have anything but hey worth a shot. I already ordered a replacement just looking to repair this old one.

This might be totally wrong but if your using a 16 pitch reel in a 8 pitch feeder you are going to have to feed the feeder twice before it will be advanced far enough. This should be in your F4G or MCS30.
