As Dekhead has said, sounds to me like you have the wrong setting in your screen choice within the program, is it edge or centre justified?

Are you seeing the stencil operational (changing state) in diagnostics? If sensor works then, look at image justification in product file...

Run the calibration screen/procedure. I have had where the camera was hit etc.. and caused a misalligned print.
