In this plant we have some lines with this configuration: Dek infinity - CP642 - CP642 - FIP3 - GSM - Vitronics and our averrage in change over is 60 min. It is possible that we will have a new one smt line, with Dek - My15 - My15 - Vitronics.

We have dek-my12-my12-heller. We are very happy with it. Change-over time varies more by facility than by machine type. I worked at a place with dek-mviif-msf-btu and we had faster changeovers there. There we had a dedicated feeder set-up. Close to

We are still running an EKRA X5. 2008 build. 1,366,000 cycles. Being swapped out in the near future with an X5 Pro. But we're going to hold it for emergencies. We've found the older X5's are pretty bullet proof. Just keep up on the maintenance.

I'm in the USA. Yes, we are going to self support or use other old machines to get this going. Which speedprint / Europlacer would you recommend?

It might be worth mentioning that Speedprint (now Europlacer) printers also have a calibrate using your own board capability. They arguably also target higher mix environments given that is the market the pick and place machine targets. DEK uses a v

Arguably there is essentially one model the SP700 or 710. If you don't need 29" there is also the discontinued 210. However I don't think the brand matters all that much. You want what you can find at the right price and you need the options o
