You can use one but over spec it. It will be a non-linear problem to figure out how much each exhaust port exhausts. Also have lots of shut off valves to shut off exhaust ports that you are not using. We have some holes in the walls in the back of th

If you calculate CFM using the numbers you have provided you are pulling 1396CFM out of the oven. I am not sure what Hellers spec is but I know a Speedline OmniExcel Air machine should be set at 300CFM. I do know for a fact that to much exhaust can s

Did you just change anything on the Exhaust?... even if the change was adding something else to the main exhaust trunk, if you don't have each item seperated. Although CFM changes should not effect the Blower Speeds or the Zone stablizing time, since

Our Heller oven is functioning well. However, we see defects from the oven, such as shifted coil inductor components, and missing chip components from time to time. When we re-scan the board at the AOI, the defect was not present at that stage, hence

You can do what someone at heller mentioned to me to check if the exhaust is working properly. Take a baseball cap place it by the opening to the vent and if it wants to suck in the hat your good to go. Cost $12.00
