What kind of Tyco machine?? If its a Q-series you need to have a feeder that has photo sensors across the top to index the next part. There are things you can do to make the machine pick up parts at a better percentage.

have you ever thought about teaching the feeder as a repeat pickup? 1st before the sensor and 2nd at the sensor.
