| In past PCB designs I have cleared all traces from all layers | (except pwr/gnd) from fiducial area. It has come to my attention that this is only necessary on the side where fud is placed. Which is the correct method of design using a fidicial?

Why doesn't the Universal GSM read black fids? If you have the answer let me know. Thanks

Are there any plated through holes on the board? I find they usually work pretty good when the normal routes fail.

Do the fids on a stencil need to be in the same place as the fids on the PCB for it to be able to print? Thank you

Depends on the printer. Look into your printer's manual under specifications.
