But the problem with flying probe is the cycle time. I'm not sure if there is a flying probe out in the market today that can match the cycle time of the conventional bed-of-nails ICT.

I am trying to find out what would be considered the minimum test via that would be considered reliable for Flying Probe testers. Specifically Javelin testers. Also what would the minimum annular ring need to be.

Some have a bottom side adaptor plates with pins to make contact to certain areas of your board. The top side may have one or multiple heads that can move the entire area of your board. On each of these haeds is a pin like that from an ICT machine.
