We use Fujicam for FUJI CP643 programming and optimizing in our plant. There are about 800 parts (80% chips and 20% lead components) being placeed by 2 CP643. When using Fujicam automaticly allocate feeders and optimize insert order, I got 29000 cph

We do face problem in CP643E, - Vision system alarm & later machine require to turn off. This problem ocurrs once in a week ( average ) Checked up Fuji along with trace data but could not able to get any solotion. Any recommondation. ajay doshi

Hi, What is the expected reject rate for capacitors on a CP643 machine. I estimate that we are dumping around 1 in 20 on average. I have played around with lighting levels,vision types etc. Nozzles are in mint condition. Can anyone offer any advice
