Hi, Our CP6-5 has a Z overflow error when trying to zero set. The table moves in X and Y and almost zeros prior to the Z overflow. Servo Amp? Rob

problem solved. Some PCB table support pins were jammed down in the table preventing the Z axis from lowering all the way. The intial error mesage was x and y servo, but the real error was the z axis overflow. Rob

We find the problem on Servo Pack for F theta axis .The component QM20TD-H Mediu power Switching is damaged! Many thanks!

Are the axis's lubricated? Check the servo amp null and 0 speed settings. Jerry

you may have a servo reach pulse error go into mecha check and check zero dev
