It is a PCB material that has a woven glass / epoxy internal core and glass veil surface. It is in between the paper materials (FR1,FR2 and CEM1) and FR-4 as far as strength and cost. It is available in HiCTI material for high power applications.

Tg = glass transition temperature, the temperature at which the glass-epoxy starts losing it's properties as a solid material. daan

This could be a dirty glass scale. alignment or gap. step one clean the glass scale. if the number changes 1 - 0 when you move the head it is probably an aligment or gap issue.

As for inspectors we only make it necessary for them wear when they leave thier stations or clipping leads. The reason being it was causing eye strain looking through a scope with glasses on. As for what we order. http://www.safetyglassesusa.com/cl1
