Hi, We have a used Electra that was purchased a couple of years back. Due to a lack of Manuals the machine is serviced in a breakdoen maintanence mode. Would anyone be having an extra set of manuals or a CD-rom? Thanks, Splice

Can anyone provide advise on implementing assembly of a very low volume BGA based board (less than 1500 units/year)? We do not currently do any BGA assembly and lack the inspection/rework equipment thats associated with these parts. Thanks John S.

Restrictive carriers or lack of carrier in reflow can cause board warpage = bad for BGA's. Might be something to look at.

I must improve rinsing for sure (no filtering of the water) but also a question - where do You buy/produce frames/carriers for both SnPb and LF wave processes we have just one supplier in France, we tried local ones but they lacked in precision...

What is the real problem? No-solder can mean a variety of things. No-solder due to lack of paste? No wetting to the part? Co-planer part? Please specify......

IPC-6012 Table 3-2. States "Fused tin-lead or solder coat - Coverage and Solderable". The lack of any specific dimension criteria doesn't make this any less a requirement. There must be complete coverage of solder on the land, and it must be wettable
