I was unaware of any Pb-Free process capable FR-1 laminate... not to mention capable of Though Hole plating that would be expected when wave soldering. What is the Td and Z-expansion for the laminate you are using?

I just assume when you have laminates that thin, it will invariably be warped in some degree. I have worked on a few and I have never seen one that is not warped consistently.

Forgot to ask earlier - what is the TG rating for your laminate? If not selected already, use a high TG rating like TG155 or TG170 laminates for the ROHS temps. Never saw swollen PCBAs with such rated PCBs to date.

I doubt it's the board house. Check the Laminate being used. When you find out that the laminate is IS410, search the forum for time and location for the next "RoHs Compliant PCB Delamination Support Group" Some of the locations are hard to find but

Since the implementation of the ROHS process in our Company with the higher temp requirements, we had observed an increase in problems related to delamination in the PCB's. Actually we are using FR408 and Gracescore materials and are changing to a Ve
