It's a motor controller card error. I'm not completely sure, but, it seems like something in the x. Swap MOT1 with MOT2 or 3, and see if the error moves. If it does, you have a bad MOT card. If it doesn't, you have something going on with a motor

That error message is keyed by a hardware (soldered) link on the backplane board of the Y1 (motor controls), through direct cable to PCIB40#3... check connections both ehds; possibility of multiple PCIB failures?

If you swapped in a different motor and had identical result then it isn't the motor. Suggest looking at driver or controller.

Hello, we are using DEK265gsx printers, at the minute ARCOM unit is not communicating with motor control cards 0,1,2,3 in Y1 enclosure. Checked CPU & RS232/485 cards from other DEK265, found okay. Any help will be appreciated. Mysmt
