Repeatability data please. Please provide source. Can you provide the standard deviation and sample size please. Does this data represent all major angles? Was this data independently verified? Was this data collected using glass parts or p

Mydata vs Siplace

Electronics Forum | Mon Apr 23 01:40:39 EDT 2001 | joe

Hi, I am looking for pros and cons of using a Mydata pick and place instead of a Siplace (Siemens). I know that a Siplace is very accurate and capable of placing a very wide range of components (0201 and up) without having to alter the machine or bu

MYDATA vs ASSEMBLEON

Electronics Forum | Tue May 03 04:13:07 EDT 2005 | Rob

No offence, but the Universal platform is hardly in the same league in terms of user friendlyness & ease of working on than a Mydata. However it does murder the Mydata in terms of accuracy, repeatability, longevity etc. & the Lightning head leaves

FUJI Line vs MY15 line

Electronics Forum | Tue May 31 01:56:25 EDT 2005 | grantp

Hi, We run both, and the Fuji's have a much better vision system, and will place reliably. I would never recommend MYDATA over Fuji, as there is a huge difference in stability and placement accuracy. Regards, Grant

upgrading pnp

We actually ran production boards on Mydata and Universal Advantis. The Mydata machines software was very command line oriented which I thought was strange but they said they had no intention of upgrading it. The Mydata placement accuracy was superb.

Fuji versus Mydata

Hi, I have experience with both MYDATA and Fuji, and I agree totally, you have a MUCH better machine in the Fuji's than MYDATA machines. I had to sell off my MYDATA machines and I put in XP based machines. I just added another 143 to the line, and

MYData placement variations

Electronics Forum | Mon Jul 03 00:03:11 EDT 2006 | grantp

Hi, I found accuracy issues with MYDATA's but your's seem a bit excessive, and might be something else. I often found when setting up a board that was panalised that if it was done wrong, you would get a slight error on one side of the panel because
