If you add a FIFO buffer after reflow and before AOI you can avoid boards piling up in reflow and give yourself some wiggle room on cycle time mismatches between pick and place and AOI.

Hello We are working with an Omron AOI, but lately we have problems with upload and download time. Every day we have to change the speed of the AOI conveyor, because despite being set the same speed, time shows variations every day. We have a speci
