Try adding blow after mount before head up if your machine lets you. Make sure your placing the part into the solder paste as that will add some holding force as well. If your tips are spring loaded you can do some 0.5mm additional mounting height.

We had this issue with our old MV 150. This was usually due to clogged/dirty or bent nozzles, or clogged dirty filters on the vacuum supply to the head.

I don't know how in Panasonic - in Yamaha and similar pressure / vacuum is calibrated for each head and nozzle - maybe you need to calibrate?

We have two, about 2.5 years old and 1.5 years old. We run all kinds of parts and get about 18K to 20K CPH. The pick accuracy is fantastic so have saved a lot of $$$$ by not having dump buckets full of parts at the end of runs. I could not be happier
