After thinking some more: Feeder offset is usually an averaged number... If feeders get erratic feeder offset goes wacky. Nozzles don't seal, components slip and vision isn't getting the true pick position. And worse they may move again post vision

Jeff, We do not use push up pin. The nozzle pick-up and placement heights are checked many times. We are looking for wich component can break the nozzles. Thanks for your help, Jeff.

Which nozzles are coming up NG on the large camera? If it's the smaller ones, don't worry about it. Those nozzles don't use the large camera anyways. Be concerned if the small nozzles are coming out NG on the small camera.
