We have an Ersa and an Ace machine. The Ersa is made for bigger volumes of boards. Programming is longer/harder and not as user friendly. If your running 100 boards or less.....the Ace is the way to go. If you need flexibility the Ace is better.

We do not use a Victronics selective solder but we you activ8 102 stainless steel flux from worton metals for our nozzles. Hope this helps.

This has already been done. Companies like Seho Selective Solder machines can provide this service. I imagine it is not cheap. I'd be curious to compare the drop rate of parts per person per hour on a couple of Pillarhouse Jades vs on custom machine.
