Thank you for the info. I changed the "Light Cntl = 2" into "=1", the system tells "Vision not Init" but the machine works. If change to "= 0" then system tells more problem, and does not work. Do you have better idea about it? For feeder for 040

In the scp.ini file you either check light control on or off.....i am not sure where you are putting numbers in at. You can use a slim feeder if it will fit onto your feederbase and if you do....you wont need the 2mm option turned on. What version o

Sal, This is a common problem experienced by several OEM's. It all comes down to heat. This is why the problem is corrected on your repair unit. I would suggest using a Slim Kic or Data Pac (mole) to thermal couple the IC prior to the reflow oven.
