I have been tasked with creating an operating procedure for SMT and Wave pallet maintenance. Wash how, wash how often, PM schedule, etc. Was wondering if anyone might have a procedure in place they could share. Thanks much for any help. Roger

Mark, You should be able to get whoever builds your wavesolder pallets to create some you can also use in SMT. The only difference is you might have to change pallet materials to reduce the weight. That's just my opinion, I could be wrong

Talk to your board house to see if the can lift the long score lines in the boarder so that those boarders are not completely cut through and it will stiffen the whole array. Jerry
