Hello, Does anyone know why the contactor would trip when the oven ramps up temperature ? The whole oven shuts down if the temp goes above 100C. Appreciate your input . Thank you David

Hello my name is Steve, I am a machine operator 3 at an electronics company we currently run a QSP2-PLUS and I am wondering if anyone has experienced a phenomenon with this machine where the gantry moves on its own without any sensors being tripped?

Never have had that happen. Is it turning off in the software, or tripping a cb in the electrical compartment? Is your timer setup somehow effecting it, not sure how it would, but it's worth looking at. Have you tried talking to Vitronics?

Thanks for your suggestion, bobpan. We did try that, and also try to trip the cover and flap interlocks, and various combinations/sequences of both. Doesn't want to work.

Since we use tons of different fluxes and chemistries we clean often. A quick trip to our batch cleaner- run one cycle.....back to the bench. We have no control just a weekly thang. When the sponge starts to deteriorate then it is replaced. Caldon
