A ssume that were talking two-lead LEDS with 2.5mm pitch or lead-to-lead distance. Just a question: are the LED terminals shape were Square or the naturally rounded? Due to different insert rotations, you may wish to do program off-sets per rotation

You probably do not have "Drift". The rotary table and or fixture may not be square. The rotary table can be adjusted. You should have someone who has done this before available to make the adjustment before you try it yourself. You can check the
