SOLVED !! Booting up into DOS there's a file called optedt.exe in the AP folder. This is the option editor. It's password protected when you run it, but a quick look inside the code solved that one. QMPM gets you in if you need it

We used Precision installation and services to fully pack up and ship our full SMT, Select Solder and Final Assy equipment from Novi, MI to Mexico. They were very thorough, detailed and we were very happy with the care they took with our equipment.

We are planning on installing an SMT Line in our building. We own 75% of the building, there is a crossfit gym next door and they tend to drop weights where we can feel the vibration. Should we be concerned with the SMT Line being set up on that end

Same practice is maintain at my organisation but include center during each set up. This practice is to ensure that stencil is in good during production since no standard for stencil life span control.

Just make sure they're in different parts of the bag before vacuum sealing. After the bag is sealed, neither will be going anywhere (unless your sealer isn't up to snuff and the bag leaks).

Spoilit.... If you will be the lowest bidder, make your own frame. I suggest metal frame with screws, cut just foil with holes and create the tension with hot air while screwing. You will end up with fraction of the price.

We use an AOI machine to check the first-off. This will pick up such errors, and if the line is stopped until the AOI operator has approved it, the problem is solved, although it would require one fix.

Hi all, what you can suggest using as an instant and reliable adhesion for jumper/hook up wires with PTFE insulation during SMT rework on FR4 PCBs? Cheers, Victor
