If you have trouble also you can check out Valors vPlan, i have it running Yamaha YV100Xxg machines - they support Assembleon versions too. Can generate VIOS files from ALtium Input - either CAD DB files or ODB++ as Altium Designer supports this now.

NOTE: VIOS format takes less memory than XML format. VIOS to XML on YV100Xg Click EDITOR button. VIOS data appears, click your desired file name then click PCB DATA in the menu and click SAVE PCB DATA OF XML AS, give name with the extension .xml MY

I used CircuitCAM to convert my 3AV programs to VIOS programs. Then I massaged the VIOS files with PPS. You won't get a perfect conversion though, you'll need to re-teach the board origin on the Topaz and update the parts. The offline software for

Try to get hold of the Philips/Assembleon Cad2Cad program, it is (or was) free. You can import several (proprietary) file formats and centroid files and export it as VIOS text-files. All you need to do then on the machine is assign the correct compon
