at first , you need to optimise your panel design ( lenght width & postage stamp ) , use an anti-buckling cable during first reflow , and you can put trays under your panel during first reflow..

A reflow oven with Center rail support can help. If your volumes are too low to justify spending $$ on a proper carrier, titanium stiffeners applied to the PCB before it goes into reflow is a cheap, albeit manual solution.

They are supposed to be production parts. Our volumes are in the hundreds due to rapid change though. Jim Nunns | Just a comment: we've seen PBGAs curl up at the corners, but only on prototype components that came off of a low-volume "prototype"

I would like to understand What will be the allowable warpage for 152mm length PCB. We are observing about 1.5mm warpage. Is that acceptable? Could you please share method to calculate the warpage

Hi Eadthem Your way isn't work for our big size Board(620x440x7mm).After pressing the Alu Bars on the edges, the warpage happened more wider.So, we r using clamps to adjust PCB expension. Anyway, thx for sharing.
