Squeege Snap off

Electronics Forum | Sun Jan 28 21:50:22 EST 2001 | Dreamsniper

Hi Adrian, If you do a "squeegee snap off" during solder paste printing...the result would be a very thick solder paste deposition. I think the correct term is stencil snap off or people say it "snap off distance". =)

Happy Holidays to all! Has anyone seen or heard of an automatic cleaner for squeegee blades and holders? I searched the archives and found nothing! I simply don't want to tie up the stencil cleaners with squeegees! thanks, Kris

That's how ours works...has a basket underneath the stencil hanger that we drop our squeegees into...it also handles misprints fairly well. It's a factory option for the SmartSonic.....dunno about other makes.
