From my experience, stencil thickness should be determined by your minimum component lead pitch and squeegee pressure will be determine by the type of squeegees you are using. Best method of checking whether or not your screen printer is set up and

Hey, I just got off the phone with DEK. A 20 by 20 stencil will not drop right in, they do make a fixture so you can use a 20 by 20. Call DEK at 908-782-2363 talk to Ron. Later

A 20 x 20 frame with the image centered will drop in IF you have a printer with adjustable rails for the stencil, the rails move in and out to accomodate 29 x 29 to smaller than 20 x 20. Otherwise, you will need the adapter. James

We have used them for 6 years now. No issues. The frames are not universal so you need to pick one vendor. IIT has done a great job for us and the standard turn is 2 days for laser cut for $150.00.
