A follow up, using an external vacuum pump works fine, and reduces load on the air compresssor, probably using 1/3 of the air.

Hi all, Is anyone out there placing 0402 with a CP4? Not sure how reliable it would be and also how do work around the nozzle setup ? we currently have 2.5mm ,1.3mm & 1.0mm so do you remove say 6 x 2.5mm and put in 0.7mm. Any replies appreciated.

Just wondering about feeders 8x2 with .7 nozzles and cover. Wondering if anyone that reads this has any extra feeders for sale or know of a house with some for sale? Got some 0402 coming my way and we only have 8x4 with 1.3 covers and 1.0 covers.

The main reason I would choose a QP over 2 x CP6 is speed. Depending on optimisation you can get between 25 - 28 KCPH from each CP6 but with the QP1 you are looking at 75 - 100 KCPH, for much less line length. The QP1 is approx 1 x 1/3 the length on
