Your stainless hardware like pumps and such will wear very fast if you use em in no-lead. As fo r the pot some fella from Honda used a potatoe to clean his pot. It's in The Forum here somewhere.

Thank you very much SWAG that password did the trick. Got us into the calibration menu and we were able to calibrate the z-axis and snugger height and got it to work. Thanks again

Have you performed the maintenance? It might need grease, or there might be excess old grease, that's putting more friction on the Hydra Z. Check if there might be interference from the vacuum tubes or wires.

I cleaned and re-greased everything on the Hydra head and I even changed the motor and encoder and it still gives me the timeout error Z/156. Where do I look now? My machine has been down now for 3 weeks.

AOI cycle times typically increase as defects/false calls found increases. If it's not that then possibly aging hardware or something has become corrupt in the software?

Thank you bukas, I have not tried to unslot the computer boards. Are you referring to unplug the hardware connections to each circuit board and reconnect them? Thanks again for the reply!!!

We have DEK248 and Ultraprint100 printers. Ultraprint100 has custom video hardware while DEK has PC-based vision,which I prefer. Both perform roughly the same, and each has some design advantages over the other. We do routinely print 0.5mm pitch TQF

As far as I know you can still get support on the regular and the X-type Emeralds. Apart from the operating system the differences are not that big between those and the X2-type, I think the output and accuracy would be better and maybe there's some
