Depending on what model you have, they should come with anti-stat bars. They could be worn. I haven't seen this technology used in years. Are you running product in a "clean-room"?

Hi Pete, I am familiar with their CM series machine. They have anti static bars inside the machine. If I were you I would measure the board after this machine to see if it retains any ESD. If not I don't think you have a problem.

Do u use antistatic rollers inside machine? because I'm not sure that fitting anti-static bars at the entrance side of the machine will help(thats doubt even from Teknek side)

Hi all, Are there special type bags which you need to use for Vacuum sealing Boards/tray parts etc. or are they just the standard anti-static bags ? aj...

You want Moisture Barrier Bags (MBB). It is possible you are calling these bags, standard anti-static bags. If you can see anything through the bag, they are not what you want to use for vacuum sealing. In any case make sure you get MBBs.

Hi Stephen, What if you used an anti-stat bag with a desiccant inside? Would this be the same affect? Sorry to ask a question over another question - just curious.

Another sticky issue is that if you use after market nozzles especially mixed in with Fuji nozzles the Anti-Marking Illumination Disks can be different enough that the vision system will reject nozzles. Jerry
