| HI everyone, | | We are using a Siemens ap-25 screen printer, in the past we have not had any problems with adhesive placement until a couple of weeks ago. It seems the x axis has decided that it should be set somewhere between .00085 and .001

The way its supposed to work...is....when you do a function 30 the z axis should step down until the nozzle tip is seen in the quad align or laser align. The readout should have a nozzle height but if its the earlier firmware for the machine it might

Do a function 30 on the hht and you should get a nozzle height of around 200. If its not and its around 1 you have something on the quad align lens and you will have the exact problem you are having. Hope this helps... Good luck
