i can only see the issue after it's uploaded to the central controller. if the sequence is edited on the HHT, from V T Pick 9 to PICK 9, it stays that way until i download to CC and go to view it.

I cheated on the escapement length for the SOLIC plate and got through Feeder Optimization and Generate Program without any errors. Some progress, but no I cant figure out how to the the generated program into the central controllers on the Quad IVc

So my board is called 850152, and is in a folder called BRD297XX.DIR. AutoProgram generates the pick and place program (for two heads) without error. When it does, two more "boards" appear. 850152A B1 in folder BRD2C7XX.DIR, and 850152A B2 in folder

Mod code 7 is a placement delay.....changing it will slow your entire program down. If you just want to slow it down for 1 placement.....you have to insert a mod code change in the sequence steps....this is easily done in central controller. Good L

I am doing another run today. I'll check how central the machine is placing the components onto the pads. I wonder if the part is off slightly and smudges past across the pins? What about if the part is being placed too deep into the paste?

Then you must be missing a piece of the software suite because I was able to keep and maintain "master" programs on the IS server and then create "job" programs each time they ran a job and those were sent to the machines from a central line control

Measure the temperature of the central and edge balls. There should be minimal difference in peak temperature and TAL offset. If not, correct reflow profile. For correct reflow profile your BGA mus be backed befor use.
