Seems crazy to me that Bob T has to fix Contact customers. Cant contacts service dept.answer these questions? Did you get your macnine from Contact? I though contact had a service dept. How come so many people are asking questions on this form to fix

I believe the Falcon vision board that Contact Systems used in their equipment is no longer being made by the manufacturer. I would first call them (most reputable), next check the used equipment guys (be carfull), and lastly ebay (good luck). What

I did not buy this machine from Contact, therefore they will not support it...unless you buy the 2nd user support package I think its called. I think a lot of people ask questions about Contact because there are so many used machines out there.

So I finally got it running. It ended up being a combination of bad card and corrupt file in the \falcon directory. Luckily I had lots of help from Bob Tomaselli at Magellan Services. Does anyone know where I could find a schematic for these boards?
