I did not buy this machine from Contact, therefore they will not support it...unless you buy the 2nd user support package I think its called. I think a lot of people ask questions about Contact because there are so many used machines out there.

The machine will do just fine on 0805 and larger. Feeder maintenance is the most critical component to the success of a Contact. I'm not an equipment dealer I do not know the price on other used equipment. I have programmed and used many other types

Can you post a picture? There are many reasons why they probably don't fill. There needs to be a larger surface area on the ring on top. There could be debris in the via holes from not properly drilled or cleaned before plating process. Your customer
