Seems crazy to me that Bob T has to fix Contact customers. Cant contacts service dept.answer these questions? Did you get your macnine from Contact? I though contact had a service dept. How come so many people are asking questions on this form to fix

I'm honestly not sure IPC addresses this? the one thing i would ask myself if it were my issue: is the effected area in the critical contact area of the finger/contact? in other words if its low on the finger where the bevel was applied i bet its not

If there are no errors, check main relay contacts, it is common that one contact is not closing.
