Hello! We have a DEK Horizon 03i paste printer. When we load a new program at change over, most of the time it lost the reference point for the camera axes. After that the fiducials coordinates changed automatically to minus values. The service said,

Why are you looking at the camera reference position frequently? This is / should be a maintenance setting. Please clarify.

Try to make a copy of the default programme while creating a new programme and overwrite it.. to ensure that machine paramters are the same as the default programme.
