When I try to bootup the machine I am getting an error that reads Dumping physical memory and a bunch of numbers & letters on the screen. The machine runs windows NT. Has anyone else had a problem like this before.

I removed the muffler yesterday and still had the latch releasing issue, the latch was tight, however the table had some play in it. I adjusted the play out of the table, setup table zero and it fixed the problem. Same symptom as if the latch were lo

You will have to open each parts Shape Data, Click on the Shape Process tab, Click on the Process tab, towards the bottom of the page under Error change the Dump Position to Box. This should work. Good luck.

That is the optimal solution. Most placement equipment have very accurate methods to count the fall off per part/nozzle/feeder. Tie that together and you would be golden.

Water can be the issue. After Christmas break we came back to find a fair amount of water build up in our airlines for the building. I will check out the regulator as well as the solenoid. Thank you. I appreciate it.

Also check the lae on the pickup that is being dumped. I think its function 16....make sure that the alignment type is 0.

SWAG is right on the money. I had a 0.5 mil per pixel camera and a 1 mil per pixel camera. As you increase magnification your focal range goes down. So your part height becomes much more critical. Parts out of focus will be rejected to the dump b
