Flux is fine, make sure you have one that will withstand the extended and hotter reflow for the Lead free, your paste MFGR will most likely have the flux formula in their paste available as a tacky or paste flux Russ

If the solder joint meeting 8.2.5.4, minimum side joint length(D) and also meeting 8.2.5.6, minimum heel fillet height (F) but the heel fillet NOT extend to the mid point of outside bend. It is acceptable?

I've suspected a floating home/zero/cal on the c-system. So, I intend to make it dance for a while in extended service and see if the numbers boogie dirty. I'll let you know what I find. I appreciate your efforts here.

It was easier for us to go with Sierra, with them being stateside. I think it was also a cost consideration.
