We are going to buy a new reflow oven. I'm currently comparing Rehm VXS3150 and Heller 1809 Mark III. Both should meet our needs as far as zones. Does anyone have experience to share for either? Good service from these companies?

There is a oven setup wizard on my 1809. your oven probably has one too. there you should be able to adjust blower speed for each zone.

you may also want to try replacing the Motor capacitor. This is often the culprit on those blower motors. I found them on Amazon for $3. much better then $450 for a new motor.

Heller is great about their support (at least, they always have been in my past lives). Especially if you bought the machine new. I would suggest giving them a call, and seeing what they can do to help you. They have also turned up in these forums
